I’m stuck in fat-world, gained more than six kilo since the begin of the year. That’s not cool. Of course, I don’t treat myself well. Only working, no discipline, eating bad food and if, too much alcohol. At least not “good” alcohol. So I need to get my discipline back, also, somehow. Before the big bang, it was going down a bit – 0,4 to then 103,4 kilo. I don’t remember the weeks, so I can’t tell if I was good or not.
