Like announced no sport, except some (more) house exercise and of course the daily dog walking. That still cost me 1.2 kilo, which is nice. By the end of May I want to below 120 again. That’s only 6.5 kilo, but still, 6.5 kilo. That’s a lot of walking, so I hope the dog is up to it. I’ve stopped the uptrend and that’s the first step. More to come. Kilo : 126.5 | FAT : 36.8...
Not much sport, but still a significant loss of 1.7 kilo. I don’t think that’s an effect of the dog walking yet, more like eating less garbage (did I? Not sure right now, week is blur …) but I do hope, this will show an effect as well soon. Not that I will lose 20 kilo for that alone, but some kilos for a start, for motivation would be nice. Again hardly any movement, 0.1 kilo less which is nothing. Very frustrating.

While a was able to report a perfect week sports-wise, on the reduction-front it was a huge disappointment. I was mostly behaving well and still only lost 0.2 kilo, so basically nothing. That’s very frustrating, but of course, that doesn’t do me anything good. I must keep going and hopefully next week will be better.

I’m ending the year on a sad note. My goal for 2021 was to reduce my weight by 20 kilo, in the end I finished it by gaining 1.8 kilo prior to my starting point. This is a huge disappointment for me. Meanwhile, the goal to losing weight is not just out of feeling better anymore, it became a medical issue. With this pressure, I do hope to make some progress in the new year. Kilo : 125.8 | FAT...
