Rather embarrassing starting this again with such poor result, but okay, that’s what it is. I could use the excuse that I was traveling most of the week, but i the end I was back on Saturday noon and had enough time to do more. I was just not feeling like it. I think calendar week 12 was the worst week I had in a long time, with all its consequences. This also reflected in my sportive results. There was just no energy to do more.

Before posting the pathetic results of four weeks in a row tonight, I quickly add the last three weeks before. I had a bad time and it also shows in the sport results. Three weeks ago it was quite bad, just one activity. But I had an excuse. Was trying out squad again after ages and got a quite severe muscle ache afterwards and couldn’t barely move. Before this one, there was the last week of course. Followed by two weeks of nothingness due to being sick I tried out some cardio last week Saturday to slowly get started again. If I remember correct, I didn’t feel that well the days after. But doesn’t matter anymore. At least the week was not a complete failure.

The last week was pretty crappy. Of course I fought with a broken shoulder, but that’s only half as an excuse. Rock bottom so far I’d say, but as always – at least no total failure.
