Unfortunately my sporting discipline has not been reflected in the weekly weighing result – on the contrary. Unfortunately, I have packed another 0.4 kilos on now 103.5 kilos. And that, although I was reasonably good. Depressing.
I take that as a late successor to the last few weeks, which were not very disciplined. I have to deal with that now. I have to a) pay more attention to my diet, be stricter with me and b) just start training. I can’t eschew a lot more also I don’t want to as this is extremely annoying, but I can be a bit more disciplined. Also, maybe I have to deal a bit more with my diet, in the sense of other, new recipes, etc .. I will not mope now, but actively work this year to get under the fucking hundred kilos.
