This week I was sure to gain several kilos. I feel much fatter than two weeks ago. As it always takes some time that certain things show, I was expecting the full slap in the face today. But it’s not as worse as I thought – a plus of 0,6 kilo to now 102,6 kilo. That’s not cool, but I’m expecting even more the next weeks as I’m now starting (hopefully) to re-build the muscles I lost. Sadly gaining muscles and losing fat is not in the same ration, at least not with me. So I’m prepared to gain some weight, until I can switch it around again by needing more energy, more fat than I produce. It will be a long way but this weekend helped me to get some perspective again and to feel motivated. Good foundation for more.
