Anyway, despite my pretty decent opening, the scale was not nice to me yesterday: 104 kilo. Yep, at the beginning of the new year it happened. I hit 104 again. First time since December 2017. I’m quite pissed and disappointed, as I haven really sinned that much and had quite a tough training. Maybe I’m building up muscles again, as I don’t really feel more fat but who knows. What’s interesting though … It is tough building up muscles doing low carb. So I included on cheat-day, eating a lots of spaghetti. Next day, I was able to lift weights I normally can’t do. Imagination? Maybe.
It is tough, I don’t really know what to do for now but I decided to take it as a challenge. I’m starting 2019 with 104 kilo, I want to end it with 94 kilo. It’s on baby.
