Like announced no sport, except some (more) house exercise and of course the daily dog walking. That still cost me 1.2 kilo, which is nice. By the end of May I want to below 120 again. That’s only 6.5 kilo, but still, 6.5 kilo. That’s a lot of walking, so I hope the dog is up to it. I’ve stopped the uptrend and that’s the first step. More to come.
