Not much sport, but still a significant loss of 1.7 kilo. I don’t think that’s an effect of the dog walking yet, more like eating less garbage (did I? Not sure right now, week is blur …) but I do hope, this will show an effect as well soon. Not that I will lose 20 kilo for that alone, but some kilos for a start, for motivation would be nice. That’s my goal now.
