While a was able to report a perfect week sports-wise, on the reduction-front it was a huge disappointment. I was mostly behaving well and still only lost 0.2 kilo, so basically nothing. That’s very frustrating, but of course, that doesn’t do me anything good. I must keep going and hopefully next week will be better.
