I also lost 0.9 kilo – not sure because of the running or because of more muscle loss. Still not feeling up for weight lifting again, maybe next week. I’m also trying out a new App at the moment – Lifesum which should help me to track and improve my habits but I have to admit, I lack the discipline to operate it correctly. In general, tracking things is bullshit anyway, but I hoped it would help me to get more disciplined but quite the opposite so far. Not giving up yet, but doesn’t look to good at the moment.
