New week, same result. Due to extensive product testing (drinking beer and way too much other stuff on Friday), I was not in the mood for two activities yesterday. Trainings are still a bit off, not as long or intense as they should be but I was quite KO today to be honest. And I was running first time since six weeks. Besides red traffic lights, I did not need a pause in between which surprised me actually. So that was okay. I feel a bit better about myself, gaining the “old” shape back I guess. But still a long way to go. Let’s see where I am end of the month.
