First real sport week again. Although jut three activities and not as long as it is supposed to be, but nevertheless. Quite okay for just getting back to training. I already feel a bit better, knowing that it will take some weeks to get back the muscles I lost and losing the fat I definitely gained. But I will get there and then it’s back to normal and then I have to go from there. Somehow.
