I’m stuck in fat-world, gained more than six kilo since the begin of the year. That’s not cool. Of course, I don’t treat myself well. Only working, no discipline, eating bad food and if, too much alcohol. At least not “good” alcohol. So I need to get my discipline back, also, somehow.
