A slightly loss of 0.6 kilo, but not really because I behaved good. Just a normal fluctuation. Still battling with the necessary discipline.

Latest this week I expected a big increase, but what do you know – I kept the except same weight. That’s curious. I have to admit that I’m not sticking to my nutrition lately at all, I guess only the loss of muscles safes me from gaining a lot of kilos. Cause I feel much more fatter, so that’s a fact.

A pretty bad week, but at least one decent run. It’s getting colder and uglier, so also daily biking goes down which pisses me off. I hate winter.

After vacation I expected to gain at least 5 kilo, ate a lot of candy and other unhealthy stuff, plus not so mich sport and motion. But what do you know, I lost 0,2 kilo. That’s weird and I think it’s mainly to lose more and more muscle issue, which is actually sad. Next shocker will be next week I guess.

As I was traveling again and not watching my nutrition I gained another 0,9 kilo again. And now with the vacation … maybe I should start properly with my goal to lose those damn ten kilo after I’m back. At least I should not expect to have lost any gram for then I’m back. Must prepare for the opposite actually.
